You can make both clean and derelict buildings, with walkable interiors too.
You'll find two window types, window glass, few walls, pipes, doors, one garage door, roof and roof endings. Use Unity Snap to connect them properly.
Most parts share the same material for optimalization.
Also, there is one photoscanned, 4k PBR concrete texture from one of my packs for roof/floor and detail.
